Perfectly positioned between chairlifts 7 & 9 at Timber Creek (5-minute walk) and chairlifts 5 & 6 at Kirkwood Village (10-minute walk), the home also offers a free shuttle pickup at the bottom of the driveway with service throughout the Kirkwood Base Area.

Two spacious master suites each feature a queen bed, twin bunk beds, Smart TV, full bathroom, and private balcony. The third bedroom offers expansive windows and stunning views, offering a queen bed, queen futon, Smart TV, Pac-Man arcade table (60 games), and board games.

The main level includes an additional full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and cozy fireplace. Step onto the upper deck to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor seating — perfect for après-ski evenings.

Sleeps 10 people in beds; 3 queen beds and 4 single beds (2 sets of bunkbeds).

Parking: Property is a corner unit in a culdesac. Parking for one vehicle in the garage, and one additional vehicle in front of garage under deck. Additional parking for one extra vehicle located along the private driveway. No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.

This charming retreat offers a comfortable stay with radiant floor heating, two plush queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning mountain views from the outdoor deck. Ideally located between Timber Creek (5-min walk) and Kirkwood Village (10-min walk). Ski to the bottom of the driveway via Home Run Trail.

The space

The bedroom is comfortably appointed with two queen beds, a full dresser for storage, and a TV for relaxing at the end of the day.

The inviting living area features two futon sofas for additional sleeping space (please note linens are not providing for the futons), a dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen (excluding a dishwasher) with everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. A TV and Bluetooth stereo provide easy entertainment options.

Step outside to the covered deck and enjoy fresh mountain air year-round, complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating — perfect for après-ski evenings and morning coffee.

Both TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix and Disney+ already registered.

Property is a corner unit in a culdesac, and is located around the lower deck of the home with a private entrance. This is a downstairs unit, some sound may transmit from neighbors above. Cottage is compact in size.

Parking: The designated parking spot is located along the private driveway (uncovered). No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.
